Gordon Real Estate and the Gordon Family:
“Serving Metrowest for Over a Century”
The Gordon family has been an integral part of the Metrowest business community
since 1891. Today, Gordon Real Estate in Framingham, Massachusetts operates
a robust commercial leasing office, while other divisions of the Gordon-Mindick
family companies own and manage several of the area’s well-located, highly
desirable commercial real estate properties.
Adding up to over 200,000 square feet of commercial real estate, these family-owned
properties include:
- Prime commercial properties on Route 9 in Framingham Centre
- Large office/industrial complex in Ashland center close to Routes 135 and
126
- One of north Framingham’s busiest retail shopping centers
Under the leadership of Jim Gordon, Gordon Real Estate has served hundreds
of clients large and small through the company’s commercial leasing division.
Representing tenants as well as property owners and landlords, Jim has built
one of the region’s most active and successful commercial real estate
brokerages.
